Paul Randolph
Paul Randolph is a civil rights litigator and trial attorney committed to advancing justice through focused, results-driven advocacy. His practice centers on complex litigation in federal courts, where he represents individuals in actions against municipalities and law enforcement agencies, challenging unconstitutional conduct and seeking meaningful accountability.
A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Paul was raised in a diverse and culturally rich environment that shaped his understanding of equity, community, and public service. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from East Tennessee State University in 2016, where he developed an interest in the intersection of governance, global systems, and legal frameworks.
Paul went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2019. During law school, he concentrated his studies on the intersection of race and the law, with particular attention to systemic inequities within the justice system and the mechanisms available to address them.
He began his legal career as a public defender in Davidson County, Tennessee, where he represented indigent clients in criminal proceedings. This role provided substantial courtroom experience and a practical understanding of how constitutional protections operate—and, at times, fail—in real-world settings.
Paul now serves as an associate attorney at Brazil Clark, PLLC, where his practice includes civil rights litigation under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and related federal claims. He has litigated against governmental entities and law enforcement agencies in federal court, pursuing claims involving unlawful arrest, excessive force, and other constitutional violations. In addition to his civil rights work, Paul has achieved significant results in civil litigation, including securing a $1,000,000 judgment for a client in a contract dispute.
His approach to litigation is direct and disciplined, with an emphasis on strategic case development and measurable outcomes. He continues to advocate for clients with a focus on accountability, equity, and the effective enforcement of legal rights.
