Emerita Mashaire is a paralegal placed in Nashville, who supports attorneys and clients across a broad range of the firm’s practice areas. She is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and client-focused approach.

Originally from Helsinki, Finland, Emerita was raised in a multicultural household by her Finnish mother and Zimbabwean father, an upbringing that shaped her appreciation for diverse perspectives and inspired her passion for advocacy. She moved to the United States to compete as a Division I college basketball player. As team captain and student, Emerita earned her Bachelor of Science in political science, graduating magna cum laude from Pepperdine University in 2025.

Emerita joined Brazil Clark PLLC in 2025, where she assists with case management, legal research, document preparation, and client communication. Drawing on her academic background and competitive athletic experience, she brings discipline, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset to her work. She is currently preparing for law school as she pursues her long-term goal of becoming an attorney.

Outside of the office, Emerita enjoys fitness, wellness, and exploring Nashville with her partner and their cats.
