LOGAN WRIGHT
Logan Michael Wright defends people whose liberty, families, and livelihoods are on the line: criminal charges, constitutional claims, and contested domestic matters. Having lived in the Nashville area for more than a decade after relocating from Cincinnati, Ohio, Mr. Wright is proud to serve the Middle Tennessee community.
Mr. Wright earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, graduating with Latin Honors in 2021. He then attended the Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina, where he earned his Juris Doctorate. During law school, Mr. Wright developed a strong interest in criminal law, constitutional protections, and the role of effective advocacy within the justice system.
Following his admission to the Tennessee Bar, Mr. Wright began representing clients through court appointments across multiple Tennessee counties. In that role, he has advocated for individuals facing a wide range of criminal charges, from misdemeanor offenses to serious felony allegations. His practice has provided real courtroom experience and exposure to a variety of legal and factual issues at every stage of the criminal process.
Mr. Wright was drawn to the legal profession by a desire to help individuals navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives and to ensure that every person has access to dedicated and effective advocacy. He approaches each case with the understanding that legal disputes can have lasting consequences for clients and their families. Whether negotiating resolutions, litigating contested issues, or preparing matters for trial, he is committed to providing attentive, individualized representation grounded in compassion, diligence, and zealous advocacy.
As an associate attorney with Brazil Clark, PLLC, Mr. Wright works alongside the firm's attorneys on a broad range of legal matters, including criminal defense, civil litigation, constitutional claims, and domestic relations cases.
